2. Description of Service

Schedulion provides a cloud-based appointment scheduling platform that allows businesses to manage bookings, staff, clients, and inventory. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Schedulion for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the proper operation of the service.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Schedulion. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Schedulion is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Schedulion at any time if you breach these Terms of Service or if your account is used in a way that could harm other users or the integrity of the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Schedulion operates.
