Billing Plans

Schedulion offers three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each plan is designed for a different stage of business growth — from sole traders to multi-location teams. For full pricing details, visit the [Pricing page](/pricing/).

Bronze — Getting started

A single employee, one location, up to 20 customers and 10 services. Everything you need to run a solo operation with unlimited appointments included.

Silver — Growing teams

Up to 10 employees across up to 5 locations, 200 customers, 100 services, 5 GB document storage. Adds external bookings (customers can book themselves) and appointment reminders.

Gold — Full scale

Unlimited employees, locations, customers, and services. Adds working shifts and rotation schedules, teams and org charts, system audit logs, 20 GB document storage, and priority support.

Trial Period

New accounts start on a free trial. No payment information is required to get started. At the end of the trial you choose a plan and add a payment method.

Subscription Management

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and your data is retained for 30 days afterwards.
