System Logs

System Logs provide a full audit trail of every significant action in your organisation. This feature is available on the Gold plan.

What Is Logged

Every create, update, and delete action across the following areas is recorded:

  • Appointments (created, updated, cancelled, completed, no-show)
  • Employees (created, updated, assigned/removed from location or team, access granted/revoked, terminated)
  • Customers (created, updated, access changes)
  • Locations, Services, Teams (created, updated, deleted, activated/deactivated)
  • Organisation (created, updated)
  • Files (uploaded, deleted)
  • Inventory (created, updated, deleted)
  • Auth events (sign-up, login, logout)

What Each Entry Shows

Every log entry tells you what happened, who did it, and when — along with a snapshot of the relevant data at that moment. Related actions triggered by the same operation are grouped together so you can follow the full chain of events.

Use Cases

  • Investigate who cancelled or modified an appointment.
  • Audit employee access changes for compliance purposes.
  • Track inventory decrements to verify stock consumption.
  • Review sign-in history for security monitoring.

Logs are read-only and cannot be edited or deleted.
