Getting Started with Schedulion
Welcome to Schedulion
Schedulion is a multi-location appointment scheduling platform built for businesses that manage staff, clients, and services. Here is the recommended setup order.
1. Create Your Organisation
When you sign up, an organisation is automatically created for you. Your organisation is the top-level container for everything — locations, employees, customers, and bookings all belong to it. You can choose an organisation type (health & wellness, beauty, education, etc.) which helps tailor the interface to your business.
2. Add a Location
Every appointment happens at a location. Go to Settings → Locations and create your first location. Set its work hours, timezone, and optionally configure capacity limits. See the Locations article for details on capacity settings.
3. Define Your Services
Go to Settings → Services and add the services you offer. Each service has a duration (in minutes) and a colour used on the calendar. You can also group services into categories using the parent/child hierarchy.
4. Add Employees
Go to Staff → Employees and invite your team. Assign each employee to a location and optionally to a team. Employees can have individual shift rotations that override the location's work hours for availability calculation purposes.
5. Take Your First Booking
With a location, at least one service, and at least one employee in place, you can create appointments from the Calendar view. Use the Availability tool to find open slots automatically.
